By registering and using xerPlanner, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Service description

xerPlanner is a web-based platform that analyzes project schedules in .XER format and generates automated technical reports regarding their quality, structure, and resource usage.

3. User registration

To use the service, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Use of the service

Users agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Upload data they are not authorized to use
• Attempt to breach system security

5. User uploaded files

Users are solely responsible for the schedules and data they upload. They declare that they have the rights to use such information.

Users assume full responsibility for the content they upload and agree to hold xerPlanner harmless from any claims arising from such use.

6. Processing and storage

Uploaded files will be processed to generate requested reports. These files and results may be stored on xerPlanner servers to allow users to access them later.

7. Analysis results

Reports generated by xerPlanner are technical and informational only. They do not constitute professional advice or guarantee project outcomes. Users are responsible for how they interpret and use the results.

8. Payments, tokens and wallet

Some analyses require tokens. Tokens are internal usage credits and do not represent stored money or an external payment method.

Tokens purchased or added to the wallet are non-refundable under any circumstances and can only be used to run analyses within xerPlanner.

The maximum wallet balance is 50 USD. xerPlanner may limit or block additional top-ups once this limit has been reached.

9. Service availability

xerPlanner does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

xerPlanner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including data loss or decisions based on reports.

11. Changes

xerPlanner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
